3. Two implants, a 5X19mm and a 4X12mm placed in the maxilla with 6mm of available bone using the socket-sinus lift

5. Use pilot drill to 2mm below sinus floor check with x-ray with paralleling pin in place. Guide pin is 8mm

6. Use final drill to depth of pilot drill

7. The osteotomy will have the normal taper

8. Flatten the top of the osteotomy with special sinus drill

9. Make lateral relief cuts with lateral cutting tool

10. The final socket lift osteotomy will have a “T” shape so that when tapped up will fracture laterally lifting the floor of the sinus
